My home was in the midst of a major face lift inside and being referred to Org San Diego was a godsend. Shanon Chilson, the owner, came out to my home and showed me all sorts of options for our kitchen and closets amongst a few ideas that did not even pertain to his work. Org was not the cheapest contractor but I could tell he was the right one.
All of our items were ordered and dates for delivery set. We were running behind on finishing what I had to do so Shanon held our items and rescheduled us a week later with no issues. Personally I was surprised at how accommodating he was. And it was not just him, his entire staff went out of their way for us.
Back to my project..... the day before installation of the kitchen cabinets he called to verify I was ready. Thankfully so. The next day the crew was there ready to rock and roll. The kitchen is roughly 18x 20. LOTS of cabinets. That crew installed them, including all the extra trim we wanted, within a few hours. And note....WITHOUT any issues!!!! Everything was square and plumb. The doors were all adjusted.... I was blown away.
The next delivery was set for a week later and it was our master closet and office. It was quite the setup. Honestly I would have never known where to start but, again, the crew did a fantastic job. My wife was absolutely thrilled. Part of Shanon's and my plan was to surprise her with a few options that I knew she would just love. We dedicated almost 200sf just for her purses and about the same for her shoes. (as ridiculous as I personally think that is) I had never seen so many shelves and drawers for everything to be just so.
Someone from Org was available every time I called. And to me that speaks volumes! The job was finished on time and at the exact cost we agreed upon. I will recommend Shanon and Org San Diego from now on! Shanon if you read this I can't thank you enough for keeping your word and being so professional throughout this project. It was pretty stressful for us but you helped calm many nerves!!

We had a wonderful experience with ORG San Diego and the owner Shanon. He came to our house, listened to what we had in mind for a room renovation, offered suggestions and then worked with us to design something that was functional, worked with the room and the rest of the house, was within our budget and in the end was exactly what we were looking for! He also walked us through the many options ORG offers and explained the pros and cons of each to us. We were on a tight deadline for having the room completed as we were converting it to a guest room and we had family coming in to town. Shanon promised us that he could meet the deadline (approx 2.5 weeks from first meeting to when we needed it complete) and he did so with a couple days to spare. The installers were polite, courteous, on time and made sure to clean up before the left each day (it was a two day install). Everything was installed with the utmost precision and attention to detail. I even saw them go back and re-do something that I would never have noticed but didn't seem perfect to their eye. I did not compare ORG's pricing with other similar vendors as when we met with Shanon we immediately felt a connection - almost like family! And the pricing was well within what I expected to pay for the materials and service I received. In fact it was quite a bit lower than what we budgeted and we are now considering taking the savings from the first job to place another order with ORG for a media center in our family room. Service, selection, price, punctuality, attention to detail and an owner/operator who wants to help make your home into the dream you envisioned - that was our experience with ORG SD and Shanon Chilson.

Everyone I dealt with at ORG was wonderful. Erin, Lara and Greg were profesional and helpful. I had to wrong top, when the new top came in, there was no way to hang my files in the drawers. Again, when the drawer inserts came, they didn't fit. Finally, the desk is finished and I am very happy with the results.
